Life Care Center of Boise is seeking a Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. The FT RN SDC will plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service education for nursing staff in a post-acute setting.
The role requires an active RN license, a nursing diploma, teaching experience, CPR certification, and the ability to train and assess staff while maintaining records. On-call rotation and day shifts with 30+ hours per week are included.
