Nurse Manager​/LPN

Our resident care team makes a positive impact in the lives of our seniors as we provide quality services and a friendly smile daily. Our Nurse Manager (LPN) at The Bridge at Valley View is our clinical leader working closely with our General Manager and caregiving team. The Bridge is the assisted living part of our Garden Plaza campus in Boise, Idaho.

Full‑time position with a 3rd‑week rotation for on‑call.

• Nursing degree (LPN) from an accredited program
• Active state nursing license
• Patient‑centered care experience
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Enjoys serving seniors
• Excellent customer service and hospitality
• Trustworthy, dependable, professional
• Works efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision

• Leads, trains and supports caregiving and med‑tech team.
• Works closely with families.
• Keeps the community survey‑ready.
• Administers medications.
