RN Boise Heart Care Clinic

Saint Alphonsus Health System is looking for a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group – Boise Heart Care Clinic. The position is located off I-184 and Curtis Rd. We care for patients over the age of 55 with coronary artery disease, hypertension, irregular heart rhythms, or congestive heart failure. The clinic offers electrophysiology, echocardiogram, treadmill and nuclear stress tests, and lab services.

Full time, Day Shift.

• Perform treadmill stress tests.
• Administer medication.
• Triage cardiac patients.
• Educate patients and schedule cardiac procedures.
• Serve as a mentor to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and preserve confidential information.

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
• RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• Proof of application for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network) required at hire.
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months.
