Davies seeks a Cardiac Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to oversee Workers' Compensation medical cases with a strong cardiac focus. You will review complex diagnoses, coordinate care, and guide treatment plans to support recovery and safe return-to-work.
You will leverage your cardiac expertise to identify barriers to recovery, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians, employers, and caseworkers to maintain high-quality, evidence-based care throughout the continuum of care.
