We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the Idaho area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. This is a mobile role that involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home.
The focus of assistance is in enhancing the quality of patient management, maximizing patient satisfaction, promoting cost-effectiveness, and increasing the efficacy of addressing healthcare disparities. We specialize in engaging and caring for medically complex patients. We are looking for empathetic professionals that are enthusiastic about this population with a focus of care from that person’s perspective.
Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & BenefitsSalary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience
- Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals
- 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid time away and 401K
- Medical, Dental and Vision.
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation.
- Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
- Provides leadership in the practice location.
- Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with Idaho Law
- Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
- Graduate from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
- Unencumbered State of Idaho Licensure Requirements
