Job Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work autonomously across the Idaho area, providing compassionate care to medically complex patients. This mobile role involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering patient care through assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and prevention of adverse events
- Managing acute and chronic conditions, providing care coordination
- Offering leadership within the practice, including teaching and professional development
- Enhancing patient management, satisfaction, and healthcare outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Unencumbered Idaho licensure
- Ability to function in accordance with Idaho law
- Empathy, enthusiasm for caring for complex patients, and strong communication skills
- Competitive salary range of $150K - $170K based on experience
- Paid time off including federal holidays and 3 weeks of leave
