St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an LPN to join an offsite Primary Care Clinic focused on Senior Living, autonomy, and meaningful relationships. The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period), Monday through Friday, with schedule subject to patient and clinic needs.
You’ll partner with a Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive care, chronic condition management and care coordination, performing clinical procedures and documenting care within the LPN scope.
