Administer, pour, pass, and document all prescribed medications per physician orders.;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications as ordered.;
Observe and report reactions and side effects of medications to the licensed nurse.;
Order medications from the pharmacy as prescribed and ensure availability, notifying the Wellness Director if running low.;
Document medications given in the resident's medical record immediately after administration.
