DescriptionSaint Alphonsus Health System, Idaho's only hospital system recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers for 2025, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgical Trauma SDU team at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho. This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

- Providing next level care for neurological patients in a state-of-the-art unit with the newest and most advanced technology and equipment
- Caring for post operative patients along with patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, seizures, strokes, and other neurological disorders
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in our 17-bed SDU, utilizing advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients
- Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
