Description General Summary and PurposeTelephone Triage Nurse manages calls from patients and caregivers to assess and manage symptom-based calls for established patients. Works in an onsite team environment to efficiently promote a positive experience in all aspects of patient care with compassion and kindness. Provides information and education to patients and/or family based on identified needs.
ScheduleFull Time Days. Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts. Specific hours are to be determined but anywhere from 7am to 5:30pm.
LocationBoise, Idaho. Not a remote position.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Colleague must have an RN license, as defined by their primary work state (Idaho or Oregon), issued prior to hire date. Those colleagues hired before January 1, 2020 must provide licensure or proof of application in process in their secondary state by August 28, 2020. Individuals hired this role after January 1, 2020, must provide licensure or proof of application in their secondary state by August 28, 2020 or within six months of hire, whichever date is later.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
- One year of nursing experience required.
- Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
