Mow Crew Member – Full-Time Seasonal

Idaho | Full-Time Seasonal | Pay: $18/hour DOE

We’re hiring a Mow Crew Member to support our lawn maintenance routes.

This is a hands‑on, entry‑to‑mid‑level position for someone who likes physical outdoor work, values efficiency, and takes pride in clean lines, crisp edges, and professional presentation.

You will work under the direction of a Mow Crew Leader and contribute to safe, efficient, and high‑quality route execution.

• Operate commercial mowers (walk‑behind, stand‑on, or zero‑turn as trained)
• String trim around obstacles, fences, and structures
• Edge sidewalks and driveways for clean, sharp lines
• Blow off hard surfaces and ensure clean final presentation
• Follow property‑specific notes and quality standards

• Assist with daily truck and trailer load‑in/load‑out
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization
• Perform basic daily equipment checks (fuel, oil, blade condition)
• Follow safe equipment operation standards at all times
• Maintain steady route pace and productivity

• Represent Terra Vita professionally on‑site
• Be respectful of clients and their property
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
• Communicate clearly with crew members and leadership

• 1+ year of lawn maintenance experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable operating commercial mowing equipment (or willing to learn)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in Idaho heat and varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and walking long distances
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Pay: $18/hour DOE
• Seasonal position with potential for recurring annual employment
• Full‑time hours during peak season
• Schedule may shift based on weather and workload

• PPE is required. Safety is non‑negotiable.
• No chemical application unless licensed and specifically authorized.
• All crew members are expected to follow Terra Vita safety policies and equipment standards.
