Job DescriptionA premier mechanical and HVAC construction company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to support major industrial and commercial projects in the Boise, . This role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting quality assurance activities across fabrication, piping, welding, and field installation.
The QA/QC Inspector will ensure materials, processes, and completed work meet internal standards, project specifications, and applicable codes. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented quality professional who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and enjoys partnering with field teams, project managers, and fabrication shops to deliver high‑quality results.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience in industrial or commercial construction, fabrication, welding, NDT, or similar technical fields
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with ASME B31 piping codes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports, inspection documentation, and correspondence
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
