Personnel Plus, Inc. Boise, is NOW HIRING for a Quality Assurance Technician

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime)
• $18.00 p/h+ DOE

Duties:

• Perform in-process (IPQA) and final quality control inspections on machined and fabricated components

• Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements

• Gather and compile QC data for First Article Inspections (FAIs)

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards

• Read and interpret customer packaging requirements and ensure proper final packaging

• Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers via phone, email, and online systems

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality tracking processes

• Support production and quality initiatives across departments

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous quality assurance experience required

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is highly desired

• Experience using precision measuring tools (CMM, height gauge, profilometer, calipers, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (GD&T knowledge a plus)

• Familiarity with fluid processing products (tubing, pipe, valves, fittings) is helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members

• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid Works and Quick Books experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must have valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation

• Must be able to pass a background check and be drug-free
