About the RoleAs a dedicated account onsite Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of project operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with project goals. Assist with various administrative and operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle, helping to maintain schedules, documentation, communication, and compliance with company standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Gather necessary details to ensure accurate material selection, dimensions, and incorporation of owner- or third party-supplied information
- Maintain and track all jobsite documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and relevant updates
- Coordinate with other trades to align efforts and manage associated documentation effectively
- Prepare and submit project submittals, takeoffs, schedules, and operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Estimate, quantify, and draft change orders as required throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and document quality assurance procedures, including maintaining QA logs and addressing issues
- Participate in project meetings as assigned, supporting communication and documentation of decisions
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills by researching and analyzing data, demonstrating attention to detail, and resolving challenges efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding courteously and promptly to service requests while meeting commitments with professionalism
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment by balancing individual and team responsibilities and actively participating in giving and receiving feedback
- Communicate clearly in writing, crafting informative content, presenting data effectively, and demonstrating fluency in English
- Adapt to a dynamic environment by managing shifting priorities, handling delays or unexpected changes with flexibility and composure
- Promote workplace safety by consistently observing and adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Engage in effective verbal communication by speaking clearly, actively listening, and seeking clarification when needed
- High school diploma required. A two‑year college or university certificate is preferred. Alternatively, two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is acceptable
- Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety protocols, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak clearly and effectively before groups of customers or employees. Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Strong ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Capable of applying common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram‑based instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables within standardized situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including spreadsheet software and basic project management applications
- No certifications or licenses required
- Work may occasionally involve proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to outdoor conditions on active construction sites

Other compensation bonuses are eligible. Bonus pay based on percentage of salary, adjusted by company and individual performance.
