Position Details

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour plus experience

Location: Boise,

Travel: Local

Position Type: Full‑Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for construction accuracy.
  • Monitor contractor workmanship and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, codes, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support quality, schedule, and project objectives.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and facility systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Understanding of construction codes and safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
Preferences
  • Experience performing construction inspections, quality audits, and QA/QC activities.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, startup, turnover, and project closeout processes.
  • Understanding of contractor management and construction project coordination.
  • Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor construction projects preferred.
  • Relevant QA/QC, construction, or safety certifications preferred.
Physical Effort / Activities

May be required to walk up to 5 + miles per day, be on feet for 8–10 hrs at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50–75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
