Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality to join the team, responsible for overall quality management within the company. This role will be responsible for quality strategy development, supplier quality management, cost control, and quality process optimization, ensuring that all quality activities are conducted efficiently and in an organized manner, supporting the sustainable development of the business.

Candidates with experience in medical manufacturing, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, or related industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily management and overall planning of the quality department;

Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier quality resources and build a stable supply system;

Responsible for quality contract negotiation and maintaining supplier relationships;

Control quality costs and improve quality efficiency;

Develop quality plans according to business needs and supervise implementation;

Monitor market changes and adjust quality strategies in a timely manner;

Maintain good collaboration with production, operations, quality, and other departments;

Establish and improve quality processes and management systems;

Responsible for quality team management, guidance, and development;

Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above;

10+ years of experience in quality or supply chain-related roles;

5+ years of team management experience;

Familiar with quality processes, supplier management, and contract management;

Strong communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills;

Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;

Ability to independently drive projects and achieve goals;

Proficient in office software and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in international sourcing or global supplier quality management;

Experience in quality process optimization and cost control projects;

Familiar with ERP systems and quality management tools;

Excellent business negotiation and contract management skills;

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management;

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Experience in team building, talent development, and performance management;

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
