As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead with both craftsmanship and heart, setting the tone for a café that feels inviting, energized, and genuinely memorable. You’ll guide your team by example, ensuring each guest experience reflects the warmth and excellence of our resort.

• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

• Adhere to all operating standards and policies, including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety and security procedures

• Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in a customer-facing role with frequent Guest interaction

• Ability to prepare and coach others in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized Guest preferences (including temperature, ingredient adjustments, or substitutions)

• At least six (6) months’ experience leading or coordinating the work of two (2) or more team members

• Ability to direct and support the work of others

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail

• Clear and effective verbal communication skills

• Understanding of a fast-paced retail or café environment

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, service-driven attitude
