Summary: As a Premium Server, you deliver an elevated dining experience within our premium spaces. You are responsible for providing attentive, polished service while maintaining Levy’s high hospitality standards.

• Provides professional and attentive table service
• Moniter guest satisfaction and respond promptly to needs
• Support premium team members to ensure seamless service
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Stocks, cleans, and maintains the catering facility and equipment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must obtain valid food handlers permit
• Must obtain valid on-premise alcohol certificate (If applicable)
