As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines helping people have fun by riding bikes. You’ll learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, make thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and build meaningful relationships with riders in the community. The pace is fast, the customers are curious, and having an all-for-one, customer-centric team mentality is huge.

We value hospitality skills first and hire someone eager to learn over someone who thinks they know it all. If you’re already a bike expert that’s awesome; if not we’ll train you. The key is to treat customers well, evaluate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

Trek Sales Associate responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in selecting bicycles and accessories that meet their needs
• Provide thoughtful recommendations based on product knowledge
• Build lasting relationships with riders in the local community
• Maintain a customer‑centric, all‑for‑one team mindset
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of hospitality and service orientation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required
