Job DescriptionThe Merchandising Support Specialist keeps everything running efficiently. They respond quickly to merchandising requests, source and order equipment for fixtures, and ensure all tasks are tracked and completed. They coordinate with vendors, manage project timelines, analyze sales data, and design process improvements to enhance customer and team experiences.

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep shelves stocked
- Coordinate vendors and internal teams to complete projects
- Spec and quote equipment, fixtures, and supplies with precision
- Monitor store layouts, planograms, and product placement with Category Management
- Analyze sales data to optimize space utilization in collaboration with Category Management
- Track multiple projects (remodels, refreshes, new builds) and ensure timely completion
- Facilitate communication among supply chain, marketing, and field operations
- Champion process improvements that increase efficiency and cost‑effectiveness
- Solution‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem solving
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Adaptability and openness to suggestions for process improvement
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external partners
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, including email, chat, and phone
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or business
- Consent to and pass a background check
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel for the role
- Comfortable working in an office environment with pets
