Assistant Store Manager – Idaho Youth Ranch (thrift store)
Position Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Idaho Youth Ranch, you will help lead a team that collects, sorts, stocks, and sells donated items. The profits support programs and services for Idaho youth.
- Assist the Store Manager in planning, development, and administration of store operations
- Oversee receipt, processing, and inventory of donated items; maintain cleanliness and organization of processing areas
- Compile daily sales reports and perform bank deposits
- Support customer service and create a welcoming environment for shoppers
- Minimum age 18 years
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or a similar industry
- Strong customer service skills
