• Tackle Challenges: Assemble heavy‑duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs/MODs).
• Solve Problems: Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards.
• Collaborate: Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Lead by Example: Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations.

• Preferred Experience: Background in fixture installation, merchandising, or retail stocking is a plus. Leadership experience is even better.

• Physical Abilities: Can lift up to 50 lbs., stand for 8–10 hours, and bend as needed.

  Proficient in the use of basic hand tools, equipped with OSHA‑compliant safety toe shoes, and able to maintain reliable transportation to job sites.
