Position: Scan Coordinator (FT) North End
Love keeping things organized and making sure every detail is just right? As our Scan Coordinator, you’ll be the master of pricing accuracy and store signage—helping everything on the shelves and screens match perfectly. If you’ve got a sharp eye, thrive on precision, and enjoy collaborating across teams, you’ll shine in this role.

What You’ll DoEnsure all store signage and pricing are accurate, consistent, and up to Co-op standards.

Print, prepare, and post signage for weekly price changes, new products, and fun events like Local Day, Co-op Basics, Flash Sales, and First Fridays.

Audit scan codes, UPCs, and item data for accuracy, keeping prices and descriptions in sync across systems.

Work with Category, Data, and Marketing Teams to ensure promotions, displays, and POS pricing align.

Maintain clear communication with departments to correct errors quickly and uphold cohesive branding throughout the store.

What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented and organized, with a talent for spotting inconsistencies

Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating across departments

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and digital signage systems (Catapult POS experience a plus)
Accurate and efficient with data entry, pricing, and math Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of retail experience preferred, ideally in grocery or customer service

Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required

Experience with signage systems, Zebra printers, or Catapult POS a plus Physical Demands & Working Environment This role keeps you moving! You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, bending, and using step stools or ladders as needed. Expect a lively grocery environment with plenty of interaction with coworkers, vendors, and customers. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and used when working with equipment.

It’s a fast-paced, team-focused setting where no two days are the same.
