Position: Receiver (FT) Boise
Love staying busy and keeping things organized? As our Receiver, you’ll be right in the action—meeting vendors, helping teammates, and making sure everything that comes through our doors is just right. If you’re energetic, detail-oriented, and love a job that keeps you moving, this one’s for you.

What You’ll DoReceive, inspect, and log all deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition, ensuring invoices match and credits are processed promptly.

Maintain accurate inventory by reconciling purchase orders and assisting with quarterly counts.

Ensure all refrigerated and frozen goods meet safety standards and are stored efficiently.

Keep receiving and backroom areas clean, organized, and safe.

Collaborate with department leads and vendors to manage returns, transfers, and special orders while keeping communication clear and friendly.

What We’re Looking For Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable—with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Able to stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Clear communicator who enjoys working with vendors and teammates alike

Comfortable with basic math, data entry, and inventory systems

Physically capable of safely lifting and moving heavy items

Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of receiving or warehouse experience preferred (extra credit for grocery or natural foods experience)
Ability to become forklift certified within 30 days of hire

Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands & Working Environment This role keeps you moving! You’ll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, bending, and using step stools or ladders as needed. Expect a lively grocery environment with plenty of interaction with coworkers, vendors, and customers. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and used when working with equipment. It’s a fast-paced, team-focused setting where no two days are the same.
