Looking for a hands-on position with a great team and opportunities to grow in the automotive industry? Join our Pre-Owned Department as a Lot Attendant and help keep our inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers.
Role OverviewAs a Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our Pre-Owned Department. You'll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while supporting the sales team with various lot and vehicle-related tasks.
This is a full-time position that offers steady hours, a team-oriented environment, and an opportunity to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the appearance of the pre-owned vehicle lot.
- Move, stage, and park vehicles as directed.
- Ensure inventory vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly displayed.
- Perform basic vehicle preparation, including washing and vacuuming.
- Monitor lot conditions and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist with dealer trades, vehicle pickups, and deliveries as needed.
- Install stock numbers, license plate frames, and other dealership materials.
- Assist sales and management teams with inventory-related tasks.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
Starting pay: $16.00 per hour

Lot Attendant Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and moving vehicles throughout the day
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
