This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Boise,  Salesperson is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and recommending jewelry products that align with their preferences and budget. Daily tasks include providing knowledgeable product information, demonstrating features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining store displays and cleanliness. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales goals, contributing to store events and promotions, and ensuring every customer receives a professional, welcoming experience.

The Salesperson collaborates with team members and leadership to support store operations, inventory handling, and adherence to company policies.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a positive in-store experience.
• Sales and retail skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
• Communication and listening skills to clearly explain product features, care instructions, and financing or service options.
• Basic math and point-of-sale skills for accurate cash handling, transaction processing, and record keeping.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining displays, handling merchandise, and following store procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible schedules (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and collaborate in a team environment.
• Previous retail or jewelry sales experience is beneficial, along with a passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
