RCN Technologies is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) ready to hustle, grow, and contribute. What You'll Do:
- Identify, research, and engage prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Educate prospects on the value of POTS Link and its role in critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to schedule discovery calls and demos.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and target industries to speak confidently.
- Own your performance and strive to exceed targets.
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to new contacts daily.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner, adaptable, persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Interest in technology and a willingness to grow rapidly.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, customer service, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, tech, telecom, or public sector sales is a plus but not required.
