Xirtix Consulting, LLC is an MSP (Managed Service Provider) and Technology Consulting firm. We act as the full-service IT department for small and mid-sized businesses—handling everything from help desk support to strategic tech rollouts. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing & Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base through smart prospecting, creative outreach, and consistent follow-up. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people and thinking outside the box, we want to hear from you!

• Prospect 400+ existing companies that fit our ideal client profile.
• Look for more companies to add to our marketing efforts
• Build repeatable sales and marketing systems to turn prospects into clients.
• Use web research, phone calls, emails, and site visits to identify and qualify decision-makers.
• Make 20–25 calls per day to set appointments and build relationships.
• Maintain and expand our CRM database with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Support email and social media marketing efforts (drip campaigns, Linked In outreach, etc.).
• Help organize seminars and speaking engagements to promote our services.
• Bring your own ideas to make this role even better!

• $25 Hour +
• Commission for each appointment set
• Commission for each client enrolled

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers at all levels
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Creative thinker who enjoys alternative marketing approaches

• Experience with outbound calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online research tools
• Ability to use social media and web tools to identify prospects
• Interest in helping find speaking opportunities for our leadership
• Willingness to experiment with new marketing strategies
