A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager (AWS & SMB).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and recruit new SMB-focused partners across the US and Europe, ensuring seamless onboarding
Develop and deliver partner enablement content and co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams
Drive partner health and success through monitoring, executing quarterly business reviews, and aligning on co-sell strategies
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of overall experience, with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles
Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries
Strong sales acumen with experience in partner-led selling motions and AWS / Hyperscaler partnerships
Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills
