Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
The Client Solutions Executive (CSE) is responsible for driving gross profit production through new business development, building client relationships, and various client activities. The position requires effective management of existing clients as well as cultivating new business relationships. This role also works closely with the Talent Professionals supporting accounts with recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities- Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to find new clients and markets.
- Run campaigns to create sales opportunities.
- Cold calling and drop ins to generate potential client business.
- Create and share social media posts to promote the company and generate sales leads.
- Create and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and establish compliant client contracts and agreements.
- Schedule client and order intake calls
- Understand order requirements and enter Job Order in the ATS.
- Responsible for the accuracy and completion of all required job order details.
- Responsible for updating First Day Instructions (FDI’s) in the ATS Job Order prior to candidate start date.
- Disseminate information to the team.
- Post jobs using company approved templates and hashtags.
- Manage priority and budget of job board postings.
- Manage open orders for your clients maintaining a minimum of 5 active orders at all times (high & medium priority status).
- Work with Recruiters/Talent Professionals to submit resumes, writeups, and rates to client for approval.
- Responsible for calculating bill rates using standard or pre-negotiated mark-ups for contract positions.
- Approving or declining nominated candidates in the ATS.
- Communicate approvals to recruiting team.
- Handle all client issues for accounts.
- Complete ownership/outreach to accounts being passed on from a previous manager or legacy accounts.
- Communicate all on-site safety issues in a correct and prompt manner (coordination with our safety rep, gathering all required information, follow up, etc.)
- Assist with any potential collection issues.
- Situationally Manage Client Hand-Off to a client manager
- Client management requirements will be reviewed and discussed consistently, and adjustments will be made situationally, primarily in Key Account situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, client interactions, and other required data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with client management teams and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts.
- Create and share social media posts to promote the company and generate sales leads.
- Provide weekly progress report on gross profit projections, targets, meetings, and new agreements & reqs.
- Coverage for peers when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development or similar role.
• Previous experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Previous experience selling staffing services in the skilled trades industry.
• Strong computer skills required including MS Office Suite and CRM/Avionte experience. Must be able to travel within designated region and domestically as needed.
- Generate new sales and sales from existing relationships, industry networking, and recruiter leads.
- Consistently deliver and meet new order goals per month.
- Track pipeline/opportunities and progress in appropriate systems.
- Maintain client information in CRM.
- Actively engage with current clients.
- Negotiate, execute, and update client agreements.
- Responsible for coordination and initial client onboarding with back-office operations
- In person client meetings/ interactions/ walk ins (min 2/week). All clients producing
- $250K/year must receive an in-person interaction a minimum of 4X/year.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction, uncover new needs, and present staffing solutions.
- Main POC, and consistently active, in at least 1 industry organization. Responsible for recommending options and participation levels to senior leadership and articulating and maintaining ROI.
