This role provides hands‑on training in sales, service, and customer relationship management, helping you transition to an agency owner role within 12 months.

• Meet sales and business growth goals by generating leads and scheduling appointments
• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close deals
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and the community

• Idaho Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses required. Training provided.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, business‑minded, and resilient
• No recent bankruptcies or major collections; clean criminal background
