Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Leader, based in Puyallup, WA, with the flexibility to work both onsite and from home. The Sales Leader will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additional responsibilities include managing a sales team, tracking performance, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales leadership, team management, and performance coaching.
  • Strong business development skills, including relationship building with clients and partners.
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending products such as FHA, VA, USDA loans, and other home financing programs.
  • Experience creating sales strategies and achieving revenue growth objectives.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis for tracking team performance and market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
  • Additional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and relevant sales certifications are preferred.
