As an Oncology Sales Representative, you will be a field‑based sales professional responsible for the Brooklyn‑Queens, New York City territory, engaging with customers to educate stakeholders, communicate product value, and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and build trust.
- Use approved resources to communicate a compelling, patient‑centered rationale for oncology products.
- Demonstrate knowledge of oncology care, staging, treatment options, and guidelines.
- Analyze buying trends and distribution channels, including pharmacies and GPO contracts.
- Evaluate patterns of products purchased and prescribed across care settings.
- Develop short‑ and long‑term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager.
- Ask insightful questions to uncover customer priorities and needs.
- Share key insights with cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience. - Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare/scientific field experience with oncology, marketing, or military experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time, including overnight trips.
- Reside within a reasonable distance to the district.
- 2+ years of oncology field‑based sales experience selling oncology therapeutics.
- Experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology.
- Documented history of strong sales or oncology clinical performance.
Account Management, Adaptability, Biopharmaceutical Industry, Cancer Care, Customer Service, Digital Analytics, Market Analysis, Oncology, Pharmaceutical Sales Training, Sales Pipeline Management, Sales Presentations, and related skills.

Work ArrangementField‑based; travel requirement: 10% of time.
Hybrid for office‑based roles:
