We're looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You'll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships—all backed by a respectful, collaborative culture.

• Connect with business owners through professional, in-person outreach

• Present supplemental insurance solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role

• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)

• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed

• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales

• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)

• Short-term weekly base draw, uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities

• Quarterly and annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips, stock options)

• CRM, training, and digital sales tools provided

• Fast sales cycle: most client decisions made within 3 business days

• First-year estimated earnings: $80,000–$110,000+

• Monday–Friday

• In-person, business-to-business sales in your community

• Occasional weekend flexibility as needed
