Dynamic Sales Leader – Desk / Finance / F&I Manager About the Company

Role Overview

As a leadership role, you will guide the entire sales experience from the moment clients set an appointment through delivery and the first 30 days after purchase. You will coach Client Advisors, manage transactions, and ensure seamless execution while fostering a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by engaging early and managing the process in a clear, calm, and educational manner.
  • Serve as quarterback and coach for the sales team, guiding advisors live on the floor, building consistency, and encouraging self‑generated opportunities.
  • Maintain deep lender relationships, strategically structure deals, and drive strong profitability ethically.
  • Own contracting‑to‑funding execution, clear stipulations, and ensure compliance while resolving issues efficiently.
  • Appraise trades accurately, structure equity correctly, and explain the rationale transparently.
  • Confirm appointments, re‑engage missed opportunities, and secure conversions as a second voice.
  • Process post‑sale activities, including follow‑up communication and handling cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and unwinds.
Success Criteria
  • Clients refer friends without prompting.
  • Clients feel informed, respected, and confident in financing decisions.
  • Advisors feel supported, coached, and ready to win.
  • The process is calm, clear, professional, and slightly enjoyable.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Track record of success in similar roles; ability to demonstrate impact.

  • Clear teaching and coaching skills.

  • Optional automotive F&I or desking experience; valuable if combined with sales‑process training, lending understanding, sound judgment, and a people‑first mindset.
