15-year local company building its first sales team. Work directly with ownership to sell a service people actually need and earn uncapped commission.
ResponsibilitiesTeam meeting: training, motivation, daily goals.
Drive to assigned territory.
Knock doors, pitch homeowners, and close sales.
Wrap up, submit sales, head home. Evenings remain free.
ScheduleFlexible. Work evenings and weekends when homeowners are home. Most door‑knocking happens from 4‑8 pm on weekdays and Saturdays.
CompensationCommission is $50–150 per sale depending on the service package. Opportunity to earn $100–450 daily by closing 2–3 sales.
QualificationsCoachable with a good attitude, not afraid of rejection, and willing to hustle.
Growth PotentialFirst movers have the most upside. If you prove yourself, you can become sales lead or help build the team. No guaranteed titles.
