Requirements
  • 2-5 years sales experience.
  • 2-5 years industry experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in closing deals and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills; confidently and aggressively seek new business.
  • Flexible team‑oriented individual.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Decision making and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Occasionally be required to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Must be flexible with work hours depending on customer requirements and able to travel.
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities
  • Call on prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer / supplier relationship. Solve customer problems/issues. Customer deliveries as required.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
  • Develop technical presentations for potential customers.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of latest products and their applications, company activities, industry trends & government regulations.
  • Establish sales goals with Branch Manager and Sales Manager. Manage existing accounts and increase market share according to established goals.
  • Assist inside sales force and support staff as related to sales responsibilities.
  • Complete required paperwork in a detailed and timely manner.
