Kendall Auto Group is a family‑owned dealership in the Pacific Northwest seeking motivated Salespeople for its Hyundai Sales team located in Boise, Fairview Autorow. The role is fast‑paced, client‑focused, and offers the opportunity to build a career in automotive sales.

• Work with clients and other sales staff to sell new and used vehicles, greet customers, and provide product information.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and educate customers.
• Collaborate with management to negotiate vehicle prices.
• Use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with prospects, building rapport, referrals, and future sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
• Use networking skills to build a customer base and referrals.

• Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models.
• Good driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Physical requirements include spending up to ¼ of the shift on computers or phones, occasional use of snow removal tools, standing or walking most of the shift, and lifting up to 20 pounds rarely. Travel to infrequent out‑of‑town training events may be required.
