Rental Sales Management Trainee

Overview

A career-focused Rental Manager Trainee program spans 18–24 months, building experience in sales, operations, and management across rental, leasing, and vehicle sales.

• Handle inbound sales calls and outbound customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate data in the company’s marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used‑vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Achieve overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to sustain relationships and grow the customer base.

• Serve as an On‑Call Representative as scheduled by the Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High energy, self‑motivation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ready to relocate to the region/US upon program completion.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.

Pay Type:

Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $50,000
Maximum Pay Range: $55,000
