Job Summary
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year
We are a large mechanical contractor looking for a Service Sales Rep. This role involves managing and expanding HVAC maintenance contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to promote our maintenance and service contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients within an assigned territory to ensure future sales.
- Monitor the market, competitor products, and activities, and adjust your sales strategies as needed to maximize sales results.
- Use your excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance sales, specifically in the HVAC sector within the Construction industry.
- Proven track record in outside sales, account management, and territory management.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, their functionality, and maintenance requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
