Territory Sales Manager – Equipment

Medworks is growing, and we are looking for a driven, high-performing Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across capital, instrumentation, and disposable sales. This is a hunter-driven role where you will be expected to win new business, displace competitors, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician groups. You will also manage and grow existing accounts. Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 (before bonus)

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue through capital and disposable sales
  • Prospect aggressively and convert competitor accounts
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity within CRM
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong ability to close deals within long, complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills across clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
Travel and Location

May live in any of the following areas with the understanding that travel to the greater Seattle area and regions in Montana will be frequent:
Willingness to travel frequently, including regional driving and air travel. Valid driver's license and active auto insurance. Travel Expectations: ~80% travel within the territory, ~ Minimum 2 overnight stays per week in the field.
