What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct inbound and outbound discovery calls with prospective law firm clients, showcasing excellent communication skills
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain an up-to-date database in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to develop customized digital marketing proposals for clients
  • Address client inquiries and provide expert advice throughout the sales process
  • Participate in outbound initiatives to generate quality leads and support marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and/or the legal industry
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
