Inside Sales Specialist (IT Sales - (US/EU Markets))

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results oriented Inside Sales Specialist to generate qualified leads, engage prospective clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and supporting revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead and opportunity data in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in selling IT Services, Software, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions.
