Responsibilities- Build & grow strategic accounts: uncover new partnership opportunities and drive growth within existing agreements.
- Manage relationships & executive engagement: maintain relationships at all levels, conduct executive business reviews, and present recommendations.
- Lead regional strategy & performance: collaborate with Sales Directors and Territory Managers to forecast, track, and achieve targets.
- Negotiate & solve problems: maintain price integrity while resolving issues and prioritizing customer needs.
- Inform & influence the market: share critical customer, competitive, and market intelligence with product marketing.

The Basics:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years related industry experience.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Must reside within the Northeast region near a major airport.
- Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license.
- Must meet vendor credentialing requirements (including COVID‑19 vaccination).
- Must spend 50% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals, including some weekends and overnights.
- Required to travel for annual sales meetings, regional meetings, and in‑person trainings as needed.
- Base Salary: $150,000
- Additional Commission Potential: $90,000 (variable incentive may vary).
