Inside Sales Associate SoCal

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Associate within WWT, you will work within a high‑performing team, including authorized suppliers and Inside Sales Representatives, to learn the full scope of business and understand WWT’s customer and business needs. You will assist in preparing customer price proposals and identifying product and promotional incentives, gaining a strong foundation in both Inside and Outside Sales organizations.

• Assist inside sales team in developing price proposals based on customer needs
• Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of supply partner tools and processes
• Obtain pricing and product availability details through authorized suppliers
• Maintain working knowledge of quote‑to‑delivery process
• Provide order tracking details to both the inside sales team and end‑user customers as necessary
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales and operations teams as well as authorized suppliers
• Provide backup support to team members during peak periods and PTO
• Responsibilities may vary based on assigned team, customers and associated suppliers

• B.A. in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent IT industry work experience
• Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in the IT industry
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite)
• Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools and processes
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to travel as required (≤ 25 % of time)

The estimated base pay range for this position is $47,600 to $59,500 annually. Salary is based on a variety of factors including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions. The role is remote and open to candidates in eligible states and localities.
