Account Manager
Micro Tech Systems is currently looking for a high energy individual who can provide both exceptional customer service for a wide variety of customers throughout Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Applicant needs to be a motivated individual who is a good team player and is interested in making a long-term commitment.
MissionThe Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships, acting as a liaison between Micro Tech Systems and clients, prospecting and closing new business. The foundation for account management is to maintain and strengthen client relationships and satisfaction for services delivered. The successful candidate will be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed in selling a full solution, not just a product.
The Account Manager will be expected to live the Micro Tech Core Values in an exemplary manner:

- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Improve and maintain excellent client service, perception and satisfaction.
- Act as client liaison between clients and Micro Tech departments.
- Creating / providing quotes for Micro Tech goods and services as well as necessary follow up on client concerns.
- Client reporting and services provided.
- Account Manager will be expected to maintain minimum margin levels on products sold.
- Client tri-annual business review meetings.
- Prospecting for new accounts on a daily basis. Examples would include cold calls, emails, networking events, etc.
- Prospecting appointments, proposals and quotes for new service agreements.
- Closing net new business.
- Onboarding new clients.
- The Account Manager is expected to hold minimum industry standard certifications:
- Typing and word processing skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Autotask (will train).
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Active listening skills to meet client needs.
- Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Aptitude for technical sales.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle for traveling to prospecting / client appointments.
