Sales Associate

Overview

Seasonal/Temporary Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut (Store #004367). You will provide an authentic, fun and energetic experience for customers, helping them find premium quality eyewear while supporting the store’s sales and atmosphere goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build customer relationships by exceeding sales targets and connecting with clients.
• Act as a vision expert, offering tailored advice and recommended eyewear solutions that match each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment that contributes to collective success.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion and respect, cultivating an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for customer service; experience in retail or related service is a plus.
• Sales savvy with strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Fashion forward with a keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, able to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, staying driven and resilient in a fast‑paced environment while seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay, Benefits & Oportunities

Pay range: $16.18 per hour. Employees may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
