Sales, Account Executive – Philips ECG Solutions
Philips ECG Solutions is a leader in cardiac care, connecting care from home to hospital and vice versa across the continuum. We’re seeking an energetic, results‑driven sales professional to join the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics division.
Your Role- Orchestrate the entire sales process from lead identification to closing deals, ensuring revenue goals are met and ECG Solutions products and services are effectively promoted.
- Engage cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators via in‑person and consultative approaches, reporting to the Regional Sales Leader.
- Drive revenue growth and market share within the territory, manage new business acquisition and existing account maintenance, arrange equipment demonstrations, and communicate the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition.
- Field‑based role that requires daily travel across Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and east Washington.
- At least two years of medical device or biotechnology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1M.
- Advanced selling skills, strong customer‑centric approach, negotiation ability, and success in hunting new business, preferably in hospitals or integrated delivery networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related health‑science field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Physically capable of performing the required duties, including travel, without accommodation necessary.
Target earnings range from $156,000 to $188,000 annually (base salary plus incentive) plus a company fleet/car. Compensation may vary based on performance. Additional benefits include generous PTO, 401(k) up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more.
Additional InformationUS work authorization is required; candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered. No relocation benefits are provided. Applicants must reside in or within commuting distance to Boise, Spokane, WA.
