Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Ho Re Ca customer base, including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, Institutions, and Canteens.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility across customer outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability, order fulfilment, and timely deliveries.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and chef demonstrations to increase product adoption.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share actionable insights.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance for seamless customer servicing.
