Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships to success.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base in the software industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on progress toward goals. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Address client concerns and provide solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Oversee the negotiation of software contracts and close deals, ensuring all terms are met and customers are satisfied.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and refine strategies.
Experience & Education Required
  • 4+ years of experience required in B2B sales.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Business development experience in banking sector for software solutions and services
  • Existing client relationships across banking sector in the Middle East region
Good To Have
  • Knowledge of risk management, lending solutions
